Prices Pick-up service

The price is calculated based on the distance (max. 5km) according to radius from the salon to the pick-up address.

(Green) up to 1.5 km for € 8.00

(Blue) up to 3 km for € 12.00

(Red) up to 5 km for € 15.00

Pick-up and drop-off is either in the morning or in the afternoon:

•  Pick up between 7h00 and 8h30. Drop off between 11h30 and 13h00.

• Pick up between 11h30 and 13:00. Drop off between 17h00 and 19h00.

Some rules

  • Pick-up appointments cannot be booked online.
  • The service must be requested when making the appointment.
  • The dogs must be properly leashed (a leash from which they cannot escape).
  • If no one is present at the pick-up address at the time of pick-up and the appointment cannot take place, the appointment will be charged for 50% of the planned price.
  • If no one is present at the pick-up address at the time of return, a retribution of €25.00 will be charged.
  • The dogs are transported and can temporarily wait in a bench. Dogs that experience a bench as very stressful should not use the pick-up service.
